Backhand: Neoprene body with Supersoft latex overlay. Flexible, cushioned, supportive for punching.
Closure/Wrist: Atlas-exclusive Gauntlet wrist Strap closure – dual adjustable straps for enhanced wrist lock and support.
Fit Profile: Very snug, form-fitting glove. Ultra-close finger feel with maximum latex contact. Twin strap creates an extremely secure, locked-in wrist.
Durability: Contact latex offers unmatched grip but wears fastest under abrasive conditions. Neoprene body is robust; seams can stress if sizing is too small due to tight negative cut. Ideal as a match glove for keepers who prefer very tight fit.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new goalkeeping gloves! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange policy carefully to ensure the best possible experience.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
1. Unused Gloves:
EU & USA: You can return or exchange any unused gloves within 30 days of receiving your order. The gloves must be in new, unworn, and resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any gloves that have been worn or used, even if they are returned within the 30-day period.
2. Used Gloves:
EU & USA: If your gloves are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if you experience quality issues within the first 30 days, we will offer you a return, exchange, or store credit. However, we cannot accept returns on gloves that have been worn, scuffed, or damaged by use.
Exception: If you feel that the gloves have a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days. We may request a photo of the defect and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. Process:
Contact us via email or through our website’s support page to request a return or exchange.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
Once we confirm the eligibility of your return or exchange, we will provide you with return instructions.
2. Shipping:
EU Customers: Please send returns to the provided return address in the EU. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
USA Customers: Return instructions will be provided with a pre-paid return label for eligible returns. If the return is for a non-defective item, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds & Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned items.
If an exchange is requested, we will ship the new pair as soon as possible once we receive the returned gloves.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or worn gloves, except in cases of defect or damage within the initial 30-day period.
Personalized or custom gloves (unless defective).
Products purchased outside of our website or through third-party sellers.
Special Circumstances:
1. Incorrect or Damaged Products:
If you receive the wrong product, or your gloves are damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full exchange or a refund, and cover any shipping costs involved.
2. Warranty Issues:
Goalkeeping gloves are made for high-impact use and can experience wear over time. If you believe your gloves have a manufacturer’s defect (such as stitching coming apart or faulty materials), please reach out to us within 30 days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
3. Seasonal Sales/Discounted Items:
Items purchased during seasonal sales or with a discount code are still eligible for returns or exchanges as long as they meet the conditions above (unused, in original condition, etc.).
Important Notes
All returns and exchanges must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that are returned without prior approval or outside the eligible return window will not be accepted.
