Shipping and Returns

Regular Orders Shipping

We offer fast and low-cost shipping for all regular orders. The standard delivery window for most orders is 5-10 business days.

Additional charges apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR and the U.S. Virgin Islands or a hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via air or ferry. These fees will be calculated once your order is processed, and we will get in touch with you to collect payment for these charges. Your order will be shipped promptly once we have received your payment.

Returns

Atlas Goalkeeping welcomes returns within a 30-day timeframe following your order. 

1. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by emailing info@atlasgoalkeeping.com. Returns will not be accepted without the form. 

In your email request, include:

  • Item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for your return.

After submitting your request, you will receive a completed RMA form within 72 hours. A copy of RMA must be printed out and packed along with returned product.

2. Please note that a 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.

3. Atlas Goalkeeping doesn't pay for return shipping. All return shipping charges and arrangements are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. The following items are final sale and can not be returned: samples, clearance items, items marked as FINAL SALE, and custom orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unworn and undamaged gloves within 30 days of receiving them, this means that the film has not been removed and that latex has not been used. We cannot provide a credit for items returned in a damaged state. We strongly advise you to insure your return shipment and choose a shipping method with tracking. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

6. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.

We cannot consider claims after the product has been used.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

While we take great care in packing your gear, occasional damage may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Report within 48 hours: Contact us at info@atlasgoalkeeping.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include Details: Your email must include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

Do Not Remove Film: If you notice a defect or damage to the latex, do not remove the protective plastic film. Removing the film signifies acceptance of the product's condition.

Resolution: Once we review the photos, we will process a replacement or credit within 24–48 hours.

Important: Please retain all damaged goods and packaging until your claim is resolved. Do not refuse the shipment; instead, accept it and report the damage to us directly so we can expedite your replacement. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for credit or replacement.
